Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at art@gallerysausalito.com. Please be sure to include your tracking number and if possible a photo of the package.
If you notice damage upon unpacking your art notify us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork. Please email art@gallerysausalito.com and include your tracking number and photos of the art. We will replace the art with a comparable piece of your choice.
